As your body goes through the many changes of pregnancy and postpartum, special care can be given to reduce discomfort of pregnancy itself, prepare yourself for labor and delivery and promote healing after baby comes. Your recovery can include managing what hormone changes do to your body, learning strategies for using baby gear, positioning for feeding and holding your baby. Assisting you to properly regain and retrain your abdominals.
Pelvic
Health
Your floor, core and more! Both men and women have them. We need these to work together for proper bladder function, eliminating leaks, reducing urgency and frequency of bathroom trips and resolving pelvic pain. These are not normal and can be addressed. Aging, constipation, chronic coughing, trauma, childbirth, pregnancy, surgeries can all have an effect on strength, coordination, tension and the pelvic floor.

Needling
A treatment strategy to aid in healing and stimulate the recovery progress aims at releasing areas of pain, tightness, muscle tension/spams by neuromuscular reaction. A small needle is inserted into the area to be treated, eliciting a muscle response. Many people have relief immediately or up to days later.
Breast Cancer
Related Care
Post Breast Cancer treatment and surgeries, regaining motion in your arms, upper back and core are important for pain control, posture and the ability to return to the activities in our everyday lives. Monitoring swelling, appropriate prevention and treatment of Lymphedema is essential. Controlled progression of strengthening, skin/scar management and confidence will aid in your recovery.
